We’re really happy with the outcome of our sale and appreciate the efforts from Nyree and Ludwig. The team presented our home beautifully to maximise its appeal, and we were thrilled with how quickly it sold. Nyree was also open to discussing the commission, which we really appreciated as first-time sellers — it showed flexibility and understanding that made us feel supported through the process. If we had any feedback, it would just be around communication, as there were a few moments where we weren’t entirely sure what the next steps were.
