I used Nyssa Boardman to sell my home in Morayfield and she was outstanding. I spoke with Nyssa with a first consultation at my home. She spent much of her evening answering my questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on competition in the area. Nyssa made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps, like having ongoing real-time communication via “WhatsApp” and give me staging tips, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more.
