As first time buyers we did not expect to have such a great relationship with the sellers agent. Obi was there to help us at all times of day, from start to finish, whenever we had any questions. Even when things didn’t go quite right Obi was the first one to find solutions. He made us feel special, particularly with gestures such as champagne and house warming gifts. I have bought and sold quite a few properties. Obi has been by far the best agent that I have ever dealt with. He was enthusiastic and engaged at every stage of the process. Having a great team of people behind him also helped and staging the property was an excellent idea. The photos were excellent and the advertising was well crafted. There were 17 groups at the first open and 6 groups at the second. Obi worked with all the potential buyers and in less tgan 5 days got 5 offers on my property. Each offer he pushed up by $5,000 in order to get me the best price. The highest offer exceeded my expectations by far! I know the market is hot at the moment, but the work to get the best price still needs to be done well and Obi did just that. Obi also ensured the buyers had their finance arranged and were completely ready to purchase. The buyer of my property exchanged quickly and settled one day earlier than first planned. Obi is extremely polite, emotionally intelligent and has a real passion invested in what he does. Thanks Obi for an amazing experience!
