Obi and his team at the Property Collective were excellent in assisting the sale of our property. We decided to give the Property Collective a go after having positive interactions with their agents at opens we had been through. Obi picked up our sale, and was very professional, warm, and transparent from the start. He had good knowledge of the market in our area, and provided us with realistic expectations. He provided thoughtful advice during the sale process, and respected our decisions when we decided to do some things differently. While he acted in our best interests, we could tell he afforded the same respect to potential buyers as he did to us. Obi also went above this service and assisted us during our buying search, and talked to agents for other companies on our behalf. It was obvious to us after talking to these other agents that Obi has a positive reputation in the ACT real estate industry.
