OJ was well versed in the area and current sell prices. I’m in Melbourne and having a person like OJ made it seem like a dream. Been able to entrust the property into his capable hands. He never pressured me into selling on a price which he would think is a very good price and embraced all challenges we put forward without any hesitation. And the result was like a Dream when OJ achieved a record sell price for the area which will keep other agents putting on their thinking hats how he did it.
