During the sale process, the agent had two contracts signed and didn't understand which was in play. The agent advised a property was vacant when in fact it was being lived in by family members. On hand-over the property was filthy and littered with cockroaches and the person still there. I was then told to take a key so I could return once they had left. On returning all house was still full of personal items and furniture. When I asked the agent to assist with the removal of the sellers items I was told she didn't have too now that I had taken the key. It took two people two days to clean and clear the house. I was also given the wrong unit mail key.
