I found Oliver’s manner most professional when dealing with me. He answered all questions honestly and stood aside allowing my son and I to view the place uninterrupted. He certainly did not try to influence my decision in any way. In the evening when we were both tired he patiently guided me as I endeavoured to fill in and sign the contract on line.
