Oliver was an ease to work with. I noticed straight away he was super speedy in getting back to me in regards to anything - even from the beginning when I was interested in viewing the property to right at the end and even now since unconditional has happened. Oliver wasn't pushy, rude or obnoxious which was a welcomed delight from dealing with other local agents. He acted like he was working for me and the owner equally. I felt even if the owner didn't accept my next offer, that ultimately Oliver would try to make the sale and if not with this property with another. So gave me confidence he acted in my best interest as well. I liked he was straight to the point and 'matter of fact' as opposed to an over the sales spiel.
