He communicated with us the whole way through guiding us on what happens and when , he was very easy to get along with and went out of his way to help us as much as he could . We believe Oliver is a fine young gentleman who most importantly to us has respect , values , morals and treats everyone the same . Unfortunately it was not a great experience as a seller of my property. Lots of issues along the way to a final sale. When I raised concerns about what I was told in my initial meeting to get my listing, I was told by Josh Sherwood that they did not have a crystal ball & that Josh found me frustrating. Simply for questioning what I was told in my initial meeting. When I asked to be released, ( as in my initial meeting I was repeatedly told that they would release me if I wanted to be released.) I was told by Oliver he was unable to do this and the office team needed to do it. I questioned this as the office team did not sign me up? I spoke with Josh Sherwood (Principal of Freedom Property) and he told me he would not release me and I could sit in my house for all he cared. I did put pressure on Oliver as I had signed a “Subject to Sale” on my next property. I was honest and up front about this from the very start. I was just very lucky the agent for my new house was amazing & understanding of our situation. We did negotiate commission but in all honesty I feel I still paid to much for the service I received. There were a number of other issues, but I will acknowledge to some degree Oliver did appear to try and be helpful. My advice would be make sure you really look into the agent you are hiring and make sure you feel comfortable with them before signing. I will also acknowledge that Oliver does appear to have high reviews, however it was in no way the right fit for us. We would never use Freedom Property again sadly.

Ollie was great. Kept in touch so I knew what was going on all the way along. Came to me with all offers, and suggestions and advice to help guide me through the sale process and to maximise the outcome. I could tell Ollie was working really hard to get me the best price he could and he did that! I was very happy with the end result and it was stress free.
