Without Oliver we could have passed on buying our beautiful new property. We didn’t get to attend the first open for inspection, so to my surprise he called me the following Monday to see why (as we had registered online) and he invited us to come through at the next one. Our unit was on sale previously for over 6 months and we did not get any offers at all. We then hired Oliver and he provided us with a strategy that maximizes traffic to the unit and exposed it to as many markets as possible.
