Oliver sold a unit for friends of mine recently and they were very happy with his results and highly recommended him. I did get another agent to give me an appraisal as well but having the recommendation and feeling comfortable with Oliver on the first visit to my property made the decision easy in choosing him. He kept in touch all through the process and gave me all the feedback from the buyers and had no problem with opening the property two times a week and calling straight after the inspections. He is very polite and well spoken and seems to not get caught up in the hype many agents have for themselves.
