I was an interstate buyer and after looking at a property online and made contact with Oliver whose description over the phone was on point after a long drive for inspection. Oliver negotiated a fair and equitable price for buyer and seller and was true to his word that no later offers would be considered. As a senior (65+) buying a new home seemed quite stressful but Oliver assisted me in every way and organized conveyancers, service providers and ongoing advice which made the whole process seamless that gave me peace of mind to say the least. It is, in my opinion, that Oliver Koltovski is a genuine dedicated agent with a real desire to provide the best possible result for all parties without compromise. Oliver's communication, property knowledge and advice made my buying decision so much more comfortable. If I could I would give Oliver a six star rating.
