From our very first meeting through to settlement, the service was nothing short of outstanding. The team was professional, honest, approachable, and kept me informed every step of the way. They worked tirelessly, provided sound advice, and genuinely cared about achieving the best possible outcome for me. Unfortunately, the property market took a downturn during my sale, and while the final sale price wasn't what I had hoped for, that was a reflection of market conditions not the effort, professionalism, or commitment of the team. I will also state, Muscat Properties did sell my home at the top of the appraisal even with the downturn.
