I recently purchased a property being sold by Oliver Powell and Glenn Atlee from Kore. Oliver and Glenn were excellent to deal with as a prospective purchaser and it was apparent from the word go, that both had excellent local area knowledge and at no stage were they pushy. Oliver and Glenn always made themselves available to answer my questions and always acted with integrity, making my purchase an enjoyable one. Happy to recommend Kore, Oliver or Glen to buyers or sellers alike.

Oliver worked extremely hard to sell our property under difficult circumstances. He was extremely rigorous in following up with potential buyers and phoned me regularly with updates and in the end obtained a sale price that I was really happy with. Many thanks and wishing you every success in the future, Highly recommend

Oliver went above and beyond to help us sell our house. Through a year of my father's sickness and endless uncertainty, he stuck by the family every day to not just fight for the best financial outcome, but to also help us through an impossibly unfortunate time. More than the personal touch, Oliver is a wonderful human and a rare gem of the industry. Can not recommend enough. Never gave up. Amazing result. Outstandingly personable. And a truly, truly exceptional real estate agent.

Oliver went above and beyond. He was professional and kept us well informed all the time. His smile is infectious. On behalf of John and myself thank you immensely for your due diligence and hard work.

I dealt with quite a few agents in my search for a home, as I had been looking for quite some time. Oliver and Kore were by far the most helpful and reliable.

As Oliver was helping in the selling process we only had minimal contact with him. However we found him always to be very professional, courteous and friendly.

Selling your property is not easy process. You need to find an agent who cares as much about it as you do and not just treat it as a transaction to get a result. To do this requires empathy for the vendor, a comprehensive knowledge of the market, an intrinsic knowledge of the potential buyers & a desire for the best possible outcome. Oliver provided all of these whilst managing the sale of my property (& my expectations) I would highly recommend Oliver Powell to sell your property.

As first home buyers we had so many questions about the home buying process. Oliver was so helpful with sharing his knowledge and answering any of our questions. He was awesome to work with and made us feel really comfortable within the process. Would highly recommend Oliver!

Oliver Powell as our agent assisted and supported us in the auction sale of our well presented Illawong property and we achieved the exact price we had expected in the current market. We found Oliver to be courteous , friendly and professional and he was very knowledgeable of the local market - He also provided detailed weekly contact reports which contained excellent feedback from prospective buyers - Happy to Recommend Oliver and Kore Shire Partners Illawong / Menai
