Really pleased we decided to go with Olivera. Upon meeting her the first time and reviewing our property she advised us of a few items to check which resulted in us discovering the spa on our property did not have council approval! We were able to rectify this which surely saved us from having issues when we came to settlement. Our home was sold at the first home open weekend and a better than expected price was negotiated in a tough market. Our buyers were a little 'high maintenence' but we felt all issues were resolved with both parties happy at the end of the day.
