Olivia was a wonderful agent that guided us through what is one of the most stressful processes in most peoples lives. In our case we had particular attachment to the home as we had built it relatively recently so she had to deal with us in a relatively emotionally charged context. Olivia kept us well informed of the market developments and was able to talk about the results or lack thereof being achieved in the market, including the performance of properties being managed by other agencies, that we had identified as being of interest. She worked very hard to moderate our expectations of what could be achieved in the current market, as appropriate, though sometimes it was not a message we may have wanted to hear. Olivia kept us well informed on the interest in our property, with both numbers at inspections and qualitative information on the level of interest of the various parties and what their expectations were in relation to our property. Even more information was provided on the number of contracts issued and to whom, with an assessment of their intentions and who was still in the market or not and why. Post auction Olivia kept us informed of developments relevant to our successful purchasers who were selling their existing property some weeks after our auction, which had been a source of concern for us.
