We met Olivia from the Facebook group North Shore Mums a few years ago when we were considering selling our house. At the time we decided to go with another agent because they offered to sell the house for a lesser commission. That agent was unable to secure a single offer and eventually after investing a lot of time and our own money into marketing the property we withdrew it from the market. When we decided to put the property back on the market 2 years later, Olivia was the only agent we considered. We regret not going with her the first time round. Olivia is a strong communicator and just gets on with the job. She took everything we threw at her in her stride including me going into labour with our daughter on the Friday before our first open house. She understood our requests for a long settlement and only doing open houses on Saturday’s and it never seemed to be a problem. She secured an offer after the first open house and we exchanged contracts 6 days after listing the house. I HIGHLY recommend Olivia!!! Sometimes the cheapest agent isn’t the best agent.
