Thanks to Olivia Chung I was able to sell my unit within 4 weeks and settle 6 weeks later. I live in the USA and only had one month to sell my Sydney unit. On top of that the buyer had to be an investor and be willing to rent the unit back to me so that my 85 year old mother could continue living in the unit. As if by magic, Olivia Chung found an investor who was willing to pay full price, and grant me a 2-year lease so that my mother could continue living at the property without suffering any kind of inconvenience.
