Olivia did a great job in very difficult circumstances, trying to sell a somewhat unique property during the lockdown period, when in-person inspections were impossible. Working her databases & contacts hard, she kept us regularly informed. Eventually an interested buyer was found and a video-inspection was organized. After some to-and-fro, and a live inspection, the property was sold for a good price under the circumstances. Throughout, Olivia was a pleasure to deal with.
