Selling our house & having Olivia handle all the needs required by a 5 star agent. This a must. Olivia would get 10 stars if you could go above 5 stars. Using Olivia as our agent has made the whole process so much easier as she went above & beyond for our family from start until closure of the sale. Thanks Olivia , you have been a pleasure to work with!
Before and through out the sales campaign Olivia was professional, informative, diligent and passionate in all aspects of selling our home. Her friendly, bubbly, enthusiastic personality made us feel confident & comfortable in her ability to do her job. We would have no hesitation in recommending Olivia to sell your home. We did not only sell our house but we have made a new friend.
Olivia was very flexible, being able to work around my busy schedule. Always accomodating with viewings and meetings. Olivia always kept me informed with same day response.

Selling dad's home was proving to be a really tough process for dad given the impending deadline for his move into a retirement village. The process and progress updates provided were greatly appreciated, and Olivia's client management skills were terrific. In a difficult property market Olivia achieved a timely sale , and I am confident that this was as a result of her local knowledge and skills as an agent. Highly recommended.
Olivia is a very cheerful and easy agent to deal with. Had no issues and she was readily available on phone and in person if required.
Olivia Rabbett, was an amazing agent that found us our first home! She kept us in mind and found us the perfect property after only 3months! Olivia was personable, reliable, proactive and super friendly and easy going whilst maintaining professionalism. Olivia helped us every step of the way for our first time buying! Keeping up to date with the progress regarding the sale of the property
Olivia went above and beyond to help me sell my house. She was always available for a chat when I needed it. As we don't live in the area, Olivia personally looked after my gardens and organised everything that was needed to help with a quick and easy sale. She is such a lovely and thoughtful agent. I would highly reccommend Olivia.
From the first moment we met with Olivia, she was very pleasant to communicate with & very knowledgeable in the real estate field. Olivia kept us up to date every step of the way, we were never left wondering what was happening. Her friendly manner made the whole process easy to understand. We would like to wish Olivia all the best in the future, she deserves it all! 👍
