Buying a property especially for first timers can be a really challenging and stressful experience, having a great Sales agent can really make or break the deal. Olivia was an absolute gem to deal with throughout the buying process. She was responsive, forthcoming, and always approachable, which made communication easy and transparent. I really appreciated her honesty and professionalism. On the Flip side, Although this has nothing to with the agent but a general experience. I felt a bit more proactiveness could have made the experience even smoother, particularly around settlement, which could have been better managed. Additionally, the pricing felt slightly higher than expected for the property.
