Areas for growth would be building confidence when providing information, ensuring details are verified before being shared, and setting clear expectations with vendors from the outset to help avoid confusion. One thing that stood out to us was that Olivia appeared more than capable of managing the sale independently. At times, however, it felt as though a more senior member or the team stepped in and took over aspects of the process. We would have loved to see more trust and support from her leadership team, as we felt she had the skills and professionalism to handle the transaction herself. Overall, Olivia was a positive part of our buying experience, and we believe she has a bright future in real estate.
