Olivia got us the price we wanted, no fuss, and was a good communicator, she never over promised and was lovely to sell with.

I was very pleased to be working with Olivia and Ratio with the sale of my property in Collingwood Park. They know the market very well, are easy to deal with keeping communication open and up to date at all times. I would use them again.

We found Olivia to be very trust worthy in all of our dealings. She did not promise the world and negotiated us a good price given the market conditions. Olivia and her team did things when they said they would always in a polite and friendly manner. We would recommend using Olivia and her team
