Olivia and Eoin contacted me about selling my house in Palmerston which I had plan to do for a while. They had a clear plan to tackle the sale which they communicated very well. After that Olivia was always on top of things, for instance she took the lead in booking a number of tradies that I wanted for the house. Also very important to me was availability, I was able to call Olivia any time I had a question and she would call me when she needed something from me. Really good communication channels which is the cornerstone of a good partnership. As a result, the whole sale process went smooth and the house sold above my expectations.
