My overall experience with Ray Whites agent Olivia Wang was very good however there were incidents during the sale and post sale period that could have been improved. It may be agent practise but my agents advised the property would sell for potentially $800k as the presale period progressed this figure regularly declined until it eventually sold for $687k. I would expect an agent to be able to evaluate a property better for a potential client. At least giving a realistic valuation with advise on how to improve that valuation. I found there were a number of times when phone contacted, the response was poor, replying some time later if at all. Another incident was with the payment for a dumpster bin. On sale settlement an account was presented showing finalisation of all costs. I was then requested to pay an additional $450. On visiting your offices no one knew of this fee and i was sent away with assurances all monies were paid. A week later i was contacted again about this money and requested to visit your offices and pay. This time at least the receptionist knew what was going on. This came across as not professional and in fact very amateurish. Other than these incidents my agent was very polite and show good professional skills. I wish her my best for the future.
