Omid was helpful from day 1 of our purchasing process. He was super quick at responding to my sms at all times. Being a First home buyer he was very patient with us and answered every question doesn't matter how silly they were. Suggestion: - Omid gave his best at everything, but for Barry plant group we expected that Barry plant made sure all their vendors handed property in a clean state, which wasn't the case with our property. Upon requesting Omid couldn't do much as vendor did not agree to pay for it. But we expected that if the vendor doesn't agree atleast Barry plant would spend max 300$ to clean the property, which a negligible cost for a big sale as ours. This was very upsetting that for such a small thing our whole buying experience had to suffer, since moving into our first home did not feel good at all due to smelling carpets and dirty/unhygienic toilets and bathrooms. We still expect Barry plant to take step and get this cleaning done. Overall Omid was the best person to deal with!!
