After having had really bad experiences with other agents, I found the interaction with Omid pleasingly transparent and efficient (and very friendly). I understand that he has to take into account interest of all involved parties, so transparency is really key here: under which rules are offers communicated and considered? I felt that he did a very professional job at setting rules reasonably fair for everyone, and then, most importantly, stuck by them. We are first time buyers and stepping on the market was scary.
