A proposal with an offer … shock. Selling wasn’t even on our radar however our property was situated in a desired area that selling became a reality. I have been in contact with many real estate agents before, and this is the worst team I have ever been in contact with. Before I signed the purchase contract(unconditional), the agent did not inform me that this house has easement, if we knew it, We will seriously consider the property. On the day of settlement , we found that the gas was leaking, so we asked them to help me to fixed the case. They kept delaying, did not answer my calls, and shirked their responsibility by saying "the settlement has been completed" It's either the seller's problem, or I'm gonna get my lawyer to contact the seller, or we're gonna take them out.
