Well if you're looking for an estate agent that fits the stereotype and is secretive, lies, or doesn't share the full truth, please DO NOT use Omkaar. From our first conversation, he was simply incredible. We had just come off the back of losing out on another place we put an offer down for, after a 'first and final offer' scenario. When we viewed this property, Omkaar did not have this style of setup and we were so pleased. He was transparent on what he thought was a reasonable offer and would potentially get us over the line. I'm convinced the man doesn't sleep, because every time I reached out he would respond within 60 seconds. My guy, please look after yourself! haha From a buyer's perspective, you simply couldn't ask for anything more than an agent like Omkaar. He made everything simple and easy to understand, even going out of his way to advise on queries outside his scope. Who to speak with, when to speak with them etc etc. His market knowledge is second to none, every question I had was easily answered. He is honest with things and just genuinely cares for both vendor and buyer. It's rare to come across empathic agents like this, let alone people in general. Considering we're setting up for the long-term in this area, Omkaar will be our first point of contact if we're looking to ever buy again (or even sell). While I could go on and on about the positive nature of our experience with Omkaar, just know this... ...you're in safe hands. You will never be wondering, questioning or second-guessing if Omkaar is doing right by you. He does and always will take care of both vendors and buyers.
