Two years ago, we wanted to sell our property in Qld to pay for a block in Perth. Alot of agencies were eager to help me sell it at the current market value 525 to 560k. Omkaar because he kept me updated said the prices were going up, so I decided to wait. When it got to 650 to 680 a yr later, was exciting. To Mar/ April 725k to May/ June 750k, now. Time to sell, Omkaar and his team have been so helpful & positive and easy to talk to. And believed they could get me a sale far better, based on other sales made. I trusted them and they have achieved and delivered a sale for us that we are over the moon with, and how smoothly the transaction was.
