Overall, I was happy with the outcome of the sale, particularly the final price achieved given the current market and my own time pressures. Onel was very responsive and made himself available after hours by text and phone, which I appreciated, particularly as I was managing the sale remotely. I was also kept well informed when interest was shown in the property and generally received sufficient detail throughout the campaign. There were, however, some areas where the process could have been smoother. I often needed to follow up regarding timelines, which were repeatedly pushed out. While this was explained as being due to market timing, the delays created additional financial stress. As I was unable to inspect the property myself, I placed considerable trust in the team when it came to preparing the property for sale. At times I felt that requesting detailed quotes or justification for proposed repairs was necessary to make informed decisions remotely. Onel is young and relatively new to his career, and I think he has a lot of potential and will do very well in the industry as he gains experience. Despite some frustrations with the process, I appreciated his responsiveness and effort and, most importantly, was happy with the sale price achieved.
