I sold my house with Oren Flamm today. It was a very difficult situation: 3 days before the auction stage 3 restrictions were enacted due to COVID-19. Oren sold it via online auction in light of the situation. His negotiations skills were brilliant, he managed the sale in a witty and at the same very sharp way.
