Orren, took on the sale of our home shortly after the “Capital gains tax” changes were announced in the budget. As the market imploded, Orren was always positive. No matter how bleak we thought things were, he was always there pushing forward. What stood out most was that he always did what he said he would do, his strong will, belief and experience paid off and Ultimately, he achieved the almost impossible for us in a very difficult market. He is a man “who talks the talk and walks the walk”, truely a man of his word. He displays honesty and integrity at all times and was always willing to go to that extra mile for us.
