Oscar was a very helpful source of information for ourselves in the approx. 2 years prior to eventually listing our Land for Sale. He responded promptly to texts which my wife would send periodically during this time so when the final decision was made to place our land on the market, Oscar was given the go ahead to list the Land for Sale.
