Owen more than met my expectations of an agent. He exceeded it! Nothing was every too much for Owen. His manner was always professional and polite. Not pushy, but informative. If he didn't know the answer to a question I asked, he always got back to me with the answer when he found out. Owen has a friendly, open, honest manner about him. If he said he would do something he did it. He did not overpromise but instead met the promise he made. Owen is a credit, firstly to himself and then to the company he works for. I felt very comfortable dealing with him. At no time did he make me feel that I was a bother, no matter how many questions I asked .
