A great communicator

Owen brings a fresh approach to the table in regards to marketing and presentation of your property. He was clear to what options were available and costs involved. There were no surprises along the way and his communications were always clear and prompt throughout. Owen provided a realistic assessment of the market so I knew what I was in for before I started the journey. His negotiation skills at auction helped achieve a reasonable outcome, but this was in no way a reflection of Owen's skills, rather the present market conditions. Overall a very good experience and I recommend Owen to anyone.
