We had a rather stressful situation where we contracted a house subject to sale, but Owen was super supportive and gave running feedback to help put our minds at ease. As a FIFO wife my husband is away a lot, and Owen stepped in and went above and beyond service you expect from an agent. Our house was a previous rental and the tenants vacated with damage and appliances not working. Owen ensured everything was fixed and working prior to settlement day.
