Owen explained everything about the selling experience and when we first met with him he had examples of what potential purchasers would receive about our property and the intel and feedback we would receive as sellers. He went through the different selling options and we took his advice on what was the best option in the current market, especially as we were tentative sellers. We ended up selling our place for more than we were hoping, after being on the market for just 2 weeks & prior to auction. As first home buyers, we were nervous about the process and at times unsure of the questions to ask or if we had too many questions. Throughout our purchase, Owen put us at ease and no question was ever too small to ask. Owen was patient and dedicated in providing us with great service throughout our offer and settlement period. We expected far more stress and logistics in this process, but the team and Owen’s professionalism really took all of that away.
