Ozair lied and said market was dropping,i told him no,he insisted yes,no communication,got a low sale price,which now has effected my buying,hardly told me of any offers,soon as contract signed,he was out the door,working only for himself to get his commission,then gloats on instagram he got a fantastic price/ result,saying other 2 former agents couldnt sell it,truth is i chose not to sell with them, at the time.Didnt like Ozairs tactics of not working for the vendor,Belittling my property saying its 3rd time on market,rooms are small,kitchen is old,but fact is its a nice sized property,with decent sized rooms,and when i asked him twice to be confidential with any negotiating near neighbour,he said no...not a good experience at all for me,caused me so much stress.Then to top it off he goes and advertises my sold price for all to see.I was also promised he'd help me find something to buy,pretty much been left high and dry too look by myself,he told me i can rent back my place off the agent who bought it,but that is now turning out to be only 10 weeks,and have been unable to find a property since looking constantly since end of December 2021.
