Paddy was a great guy to deal with, he new the area and product he was selling with excellent follow up and communication throughout.

This was our 5th house sale and was our most stressful so far. Paddy did deliver on a sale but told us that this was our last chance (after a previous contract fell through) and that we needed to do everything for the buyer to keep them happy. The sale price was reduced by $40 000 to achieve a sale and therefore I don't believe he was able to provide us with an accurate market price until his peers walked through the house. Communication was lacking in relation to giving the tenants time to know that someone was coming to inspect the home - sometimes it was as little as 24 hours. I believe that Paddy would be a better real estate agent if he focussed on assisting and talking honestly with the sellers rather than working for the business / buyers.

He works hard to make the sale process smooth. All requests had been responded in a time manner. His knowledge of the market is good and know how to negotiate. I am happy with the recent purchase .

I have had a few agents over the years and paddy is the best. His communication was excellent and you just get a good feeling from him.
