She provided a very great set of information in terms of the area, property, future potential for sell/rent as well as a healthy communication bridge between me and the vendor. I have had a few bad experiences but Paige changed my mind and proved that there are still genuine people that are not only chasing their benefits are existing. Her support is also exceptional; I was experiencing an issue in my life and was not quite available to arrange the Building Inspections, Pest Inspections or other necessary communications between the solicitors; she was a right-hand agent who I'm sure provided a great service for the vendor as well. I have bought this house 1 month ago and now after only one month the ceiling is start leaking at different areas, all the windows are leaking. When I asked her about this issue before paying the deposit, she ensured us that all the issues have got fixed! When I see these things after only 1 month, I realise that she lied to us and when I read the seller’s comment, I become sure that Paige Oliver was not honest with us, while gave these tricks to the seller to sell the house as quick as possible at the unfair price. Do not trust as a buyer!
