As the title says, this property was on the market for quite a while with two separate attempts under different agents. Nothing to show for it; not even any nibbles. Then Paige took over and it was like a breath of fresh air -- dealing with someone who is proactive, switched-on, motivated and on the ball. The moment Paige first contacted us with regards to selling our house I was impressed & upon meeting her I wasn't disappointed. Although we did not get the price we expected, we were very happy with Paige.
