My mum recently purchased a property via Pam Court. I can't fault her in any way she went out of her way to ensure the process was as easy as it colud be. She elimanated much of the stressors accociated with purchasing a property. Being new to the area the guidance given to the pest and building inspections was valuable. Pam assured us she would be present at the inspections and opened the invite to us which was an invaluable experience. Both inspectors (Accurate Pest & Insight Buliders) were very professional and able to show us their concenrs, followed by a thorougher written report with photo's.
