Pam was briefed with the sale of our property at Runaway Bay. The task of a selling agent accomodating the vendor ,is somewhat more difficult and demanding than pleasing the buyer. The vendor anticipates and expects a particular price for the property , whereas the buyer has the market to choose from and is happy in obtaining a suitable lot , maybe at a reduced price.
