Whoever is reading this review let me tell you about my experience with Mr Panal Boustani. When Rita and I first met him we knew we were talking to a professional who knew what he was talking about. We picked Panal as we had a genuine gut feeling that he was a decent man to do business with. The choice came down to two agents and it was tough but in situations like this I always go with my gut feeling. It turns out we were correct. Panal always keeps you informed and gives you bad and good feed back so you can make informed decisions. Panal and his right hand man Rahal were always punctual and courteous at all times and respected our house and took great care in the open homes. His data base attracted great traffic through the home. After the first week we started getting offers. Panal always guided us through them and always kept his eye on the target price. We eventually got one potential buyer who Panal patiently worked with to increase the price and the conditions to what we would accept before the auction. He got the buyer to sign a 66w which meant no cooling off and we were able to rent the house back till our house is ready. In conclusion let me state that in all my dealings in Real-estate I have never felt as comfortable dealing with an agent. I always knew he was for the vendors interests first and then negotiated hard with the buyers. If you are contemplating selling your home Panal should be invited amongst your short list of agents especially in the Box Hill area.
