I was very happy with PK's efforts during the purchase of my new home, at this point in time the only 2 complaints I have are the gutters not being cleaned (which I have already shared with PK) and the oven thermostat is all over the place and it is quite obvious that the oven will need replacing in the very near future, the other small glitch, which is no one's fault is that my vehicle "just" fits in the garage, it is something I should have thought of but didn't, I am unable to open the back door of my car with the door of the garage shut, this could might be something to think about checking in future sales.
