I bought the house in Marsden Park few months ago from Pankaj Sharma. He predicted that my house’s price will go up at least $40,000 within the months and it can reach to $150,000 to 170,00 in two years. It is already increased $35,000 even the house prices are decreasing all over the Australia. He suggested me another property in Canberra, which was increased already $73,000 when it was sold recently. I could not buy that one because of some financial hardship. He still has some properties which have very good potential in future. I strongly recommend, just call once and find out.
