We initially met Pankaj when we are looking at a new property that they were developing/selling near our area. He have a subtle personality and just let you ask all necessary questions and answer them with confidence and integrity. And during the sale of our unit, he constantly update us with what happened at the opened house, how many turnouts, any prospective buyers through WhatsApp. Even at the time that we needed some considerations with the price to be fair with the market, he implies authenticity. He was also there when we hand over the keys of the unit in their office, he made sure to step out of his room and give you that warmth smile, congratulations and of course offered the coffee.
