Every question I had about the property, neighborhood, suburb and Body Corporate were answered during an inspection or via an email, if I had a question after the inspection. While with other agents (we looked at a lot of properties in various suburbs of Sydney) I had to wait for an answer or was brushed off and suggested to read the contract, Panos took time to explain everything to me. I also appreciate that he was very accommodating opening the property for a private inspection during the week, as it gave me an opportunity to see the property alone and show it to my wife who was in Melbourne via face-to-face.
