Brilliant experience

incredibly communicative throughout, always picked up the phone and was available whenever we had questions. He went above and beyond liaising with the vendor to get our conditions added to the contract, which made a huge difference. Easy-going, patient, and genuinely helpful the whole way through, took a lot of the stress out of the process. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
