When I first met Parminder I didn't like him! He talked really fast and seemed to be rushed all the time and seemed too pushy as we know nothing about buying a property. The very first day he handled our property for house inspection, he immediately showed enthusiasm and great effort in his selling capacity. Parminder usually comes to the property minutes early before the house inspection and organized things in order. He even showed his creativity by lighting a scented candled and some give aways and lollies. This gesture has drived not only us but the clients willing to view the house for inspection.
